Playing and accounts
Guest play is free. Google sign-in is required for purchases and account upgrades. Keep your Google account secure and use only an account you are entitled to use. If you are not old enough to agree to these terms or authorise a payment yourself, involve a parent or guardian as required by the laws where you live.
Do not cheat, manipulate scores or payments, exploit faults, interfere with other players or attempt to access another person’s account. Public names and product submissions must not contain slurs, harassment, hate speech, threats or unlawful material. We may remove such content, correct invalid scores or restrict accounts involved in abuse. Contact us if you think a restriction is a mistake.
Aura, equipment and balance
Aura points and game items are virtual game content. They cannot be redeemed for money or transferred outside the game. Account upgrades apply to your account; equipping a different sword does not remove those upgrades.
We may change gameplay, balance, drop rates and features. Pack purchases unlock the contents described at checkout for your game account while the service is available; they do not promise a particular score, competitive advantage, future releases or uninterrupted availability.
Purchases
Optional packs and product bids are one-time purchases processed by Stripe in US dollars. The checkout shows the amount before you pay. Only authorise a payment if you own the payment method or have the owner’s permission. Digital contents are delivered to the signed-in account after payment is confirmed.
If a payment is duplicated, items are missing or you need a refund, email hazqeel@ellzaf.com with the order details. We will investigate. Refunded or reversed payments may remove the corresponding paid unlocks or bid amount. Nothing in these terms removes refund rights or other consumer protections that apply by law.
Product bids
A bid adds to a product’s total paid amount. The five highest totals receive placement in the game carousel. First place receives 20 seconds per cycle and each other place receives 10 seconds. Other paid products remain listed on the ad board. Bids do not expire; equal totals favour the product that paid first. Future bids can change your rank.
You are paying for the listing and eligibility for placement, not guaranteed views, clicks, sales or a permanent top-five position. Falling below the top five does not automatically refund a bid.
Illegal products and gambling-related products or websites are prohibited. You must confirm this before paying. You must also have permission to promote the product and use its name, link and preview image. Do not submit scams, malware, deceptive claims or content that infringes another person’s rights. We may remove prohibited listings and investigate associated payments; contact us about any disputed decision.
Content and availability
You may share the story cards and screenshots using the game’s sharing features. Submitting a product grants us permission to display its submitted name, link and preview for its listing. You remain responsible for that content.
We work to keep the game available, but bugs, maintenance and outages can occur. We do not guarantee uninterrupted play or that guest progress will survive clearing your browser. Our responsibility for a problem is subject to applicable law; these terms do not exclude liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Leaving or changes to these terms
You can stop playing at any time and contact us to request account deletion. We will publish changes here and communicate material changes in the game before they take effect. Contact Hazqeel at hazqeel@ellzaf.com if you need help with your account or a purchase.
