What we collect
You can play without signing in. We use a guest identifier to save earned aura, runs and equipment and to let you claim that progress when you sign in. Game records include scores, waves, upgrades, inventory, equipped items and the information needed to validate runs and prevent cheating.
If you choose Google sign-in, we receive your Google account identifier, name, email address, email verification status and profile picture. We store your account connection and authentication tokens to support sign-in. We do not request access to your Gmail messages, contacts or Drive files. Your Google password is never sent to us.
For security, our systems process connection information such as your IP address, browser information, session activity and request logs. If you contact us, we receive the information you include in your message.
How we use and share it
We use this information to authenticate you, save and restore progress, fulfil purchases, run leaderboards and product placements, provide support and protect the game against fraud and abuse. We do not sell personal data or use Google account data to target advertising.
Your chosen leaderboard name and game results can be public. Your Google email address and sign-in details are not displayed on the leaderboard. If you submit a product bid, the product name, destination, preview image and paid ranking are public.
We use Google for sign-in, Stripe for payments and AWS for hosting and storage. These providers process information needed to provide their services, which may involve processing outside your country. We may disclose information where required by law or necessary to investigate fraud, abuse or a security incident.
Payments and product links
Stripe collects payment details on its hosted checkout. We store order identifiers, purchase contents, amounts, currency, payment status and refund or dispute records. We do not store your full card number or security code. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy for its handling of payment information.
Product previews are retrieved and served by our server. Opening a product link takes you to an independent website whose own privacy policy applies.
Cookies and storage
Essential cookies keep you signed in, recognise guest progress, protect sign-in and remember that you have seen the story. Guest cookies last up to 60 days, sign-in sessions up to 30 days with renewal during use, and the story preference up to one year. Your browser may also store game preferences and cache assets. Blocking or clearing this storage can sign you out or make unclaimed guest progress inaccessible.
Retention, access and deletion
We retain account and progress records while they are needed to provide the game. Email hazqeel@ellzaf.com to request access, correction or deletion. We may need to verify that the account belongs to you. We retain transaction, fraud-prevention or legal records where necessary; copies in backups are removed as those backups are replaced.
You can sign out in Profile and remove this app’s access through your Google account connections. Revoking Google access does not itself delete your game records; contact us to request deletion. Deleting an account removes access to its saved progress and items.
If you believe a child has supplied personal information without the permission required by applicable law, contact us so we can investigate and remove it where appropriate.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change. Material changes will be communicated in the game. If we seek additional Google data or a new use of it, we will explain that change and request consent before doing so.
